Update on Life.

1. Leaves are falling, and the ground is covered in leaves. There's some sadness in watching the process. I guess winter is coming.
Few trees are still holding onto their leaves. I'm cheering for them to hang on just a little bit longer.
2. For the first time since I moved to where I live, I took a full circular walk around my apartment. There's a small forest behind my building which I did not know about, and it is a pretty forest. I took a leisurely walk around it last night. When I got to the furthest point, I turned around and looked at my apartment.
The world looks so differently from a different angle.
3. While taking the walk around, I decided that next place I will move should have a balcony. My place feels a little too enclosed now that I got used to it.
4. Daylight Savings time started. When I come back from work, it is now pitch dark. The darkness digs many memories and brings many thoughts to my mind. Not sure if I am enjoying it or not.
5. Wall Street Journal is getting piled up without my reading. I have little energy or motivation to read them nowadays. I should give some attention to them. Politics, economy, local, social... those things matter with me now.
6. I started listening to Japanese learning CDs on my way to work again. I have dropped it for quite some time, but its time I start getting back into my original routine of life. And, I need to start exercising again. Life swept me away with ease.
7. I canceled my Netflix subscription. I don't have time to watch them and they have begun to pile up. I guess I will miss one entertainment of my life.
8. I had a lengthy, and very enjoyable, chat with my 4 years' of college ex-roommate. He is doing well, and so am I. It's good to get in touch with the people you have missed for long.
9. Yesterday, as a series of random thoughts and events, I came up with a list of Men's Romance. They are:
Three would make my life worth a while -- a good life.
Four would make my life a great life.
Five would make me the happiest man on earth.
Don't try to understand what the hell this post means. It's just a dump of my brain.

9. Yesterday, as a series of random thoughts and events, I came up with a list of Men's Romance. They are:
- Sailing (as in sea, or in air). You could call it Ocean or Sky instead.
- Owning vehicles (as in sporty car, or a sailing yacht).
- Creative activity (as in designing a skyscraper, new devices, gadgets, etc.)
- House (as in mansion with nice lawns, or a cozy house with a backyard).
- Beautiful, loving wife (self-explanatory).
Three would make my life worth a while -- a good life.
Four would make my life a great life.
Five would make me the happiest man on earth.
